... 2012 (today), our neighbors to the north celebrate Canada Day. This national holiday commemorates the proclamation of the British North America Act 145 years ago, which created the Dominion of Canada, comprising what are now the provinces of Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick.
